What is the timing of the planned maintenance period?
Barstool Sportsbook will undergo a planned maintenance period starting in the evening of Sunday, July 9. We anticipate up to approximately 72 hours of planned downtime where you will be unable to access the Barstool Sportsbook app.
We will provide updates on when the app will be back up and available for wagering.
What will happen to my account during the maintenance period?
Your account will remain unchanged during the maintenance period with all balances secured throughout the process. However, you will be unable to log in or access your account during the downtime.
Can I still wager during the maintenance period?
You will be unable to log in to your account or place any wagers during the maintenance period.
Any wagers that would have settled during the maintenance period will be graded and paid out accordingly upon the completion of the maintenance.
What will happen to open wagers on my account during the maintenance period?
Following Barstool Sportsbook’s re-launch, all open and settled wagers will appear in the updated app. Open wagers placed prior to July 10, 2023 will not be eligible for cash out following the re-launch.
How will my cash outs be impacted?
Any completed cash outs prior to July 10, 2023 will be visible under settled wagers. Any open wagers placed prior to July 10, 2023 will not be eligible for cash out following the re-launch.
Can I continue to deposit during the maintenance period?
You will be unable to log in to your account or place any deposits during the maintenance period.
Upon completion of the maintenance period, you will be able to resume depositing. Your existing verified payment methods will remain saved, but you may need to re-authenticate information for some payment methods.
Will I be able to withdraw during the maintenance period?
You will be unable to log in to your account or make any withdrawals during the maintenance period.
Any withdrawals that were initiated prior to the maintenance period will be reviewed within 24 hours of being requested. If your withdrawal is approved, you will receive the funds in the standard time window depending on the payment method selected.
What happens if my withdrawal isn’t approved prior to the maintenance period?
Any documentation we have requested to process your withdrawal must be provided prior to the maintenance period, or your withdrawal may be canceled.
In the event that your requested withdrawal cannot be processed, you will be notified that the funds have been returned to your wallet balance. Your final balance will remain unchanged during the maintenance period.
Will there be changes to login?
Yes. Following the conclusion of the maintenance period, you will be required to use your email address going forward to log in to your account, rather than username.

What will happen to Barstool jackpot games that aren’t paid out before migration?
All local progressive jackpots will be paused for the maintenance period and will resume at the same amount after the maintenance period has concluded. All progress will be reset during the maintenance period.
All linked (only available in N.J. and MI) progressive jackpots will continue to be available until July 9 at 9:30pm EST at which point they will be disabled. The following games will be impacted:

Will there be bonuses on the new platform?
Bonus cash, as it exists today, will be replaced by a number of new and exciting promotional offerings, including bonus bets, bonus spins, and the ability to earn cashback on every wager when participating in a cashback promotional offering.
Why are futures offerings currently reduced?
We are currently offering limited futures for all 2023/2024 seasons. This is a temporary measure and our full offering will be available following the re-launch of Barstool Sportsbook.
Will my Responsible Gaming Limits be impacted?
All Responsible Gaming Limits on your account will remain in effect after the maintenance period.
Any changes to responsible gaming limits that are pending when maintenance begins will need to be re-requested following the maintenance period.
