You can only increase your limit once per time period.
Spend Limit - Set a limit on the amount you wager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You can decrease your limit at any time and it will be effective immediately. Once you hit your self-imposed spend limit, you will not be able to place any bets or increase the limit until the time period of the previous limit has expired. You can only increase your limit once per time period.
Loss Limit -You can set a limit on your total losses over a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Losses are defined as total wagers, minus winnings. Once you reach your limit, you wont be able to place anymore bets until the period resets.
Cool Off - You can take a break from playing with us. Once you set a cool off period (number of days) you will automatically be logged out and will not have access to place any bets or make any deposits.
If you need to withdraw funds during this time you can contact support@barstoolsportsbook.com. After completion of your cool off period, you will be prompted on your next log in to continue to the wagering site or initiate another cool off period.
Max Single Wager Limit - You can set a limit on the maximum amount you can stake on a single wager.
Self Exclusion - Responsible gaming is also knowing when to stop. You can take a break for 1 year, 5 years, or 10 years from playing if you feel that setting limits isn't enough to control the time or money you are spending.
New Jersey - Self Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a formal process whereby you request to be included in the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement's (DGE) self-exclusion list. You may request a self-exclusion for a term of one (1) year or five (5) years.
If you choose to self-exclude, we will close your account and return any remaining cash balance. Bonus funds remaining on your account will be forfeited. Once you self-exclude, we cannot reverse the process for any reason. You can submit a removal request to the DGE only after the minimum one year or five years self-exclusion period you selected has been satisfied. If you chose the lifetime exclusion option, your name cannot be removed from the Self-Exclusion List.
During your self-exclusion period, we will not send you any marketing materials and we cannot accept any deposits or bets. In addition, you are forbidden from collecting any winnings, recovering any losses, or accepting complimentary gifts or services or any other thing of value from our platform. Please note that any marketing materials which have already been dispatched may be delivered.
Once we receive confirmation from the DGE that your self-exclusion period has expired, we will remove your name from the self-exclusion list. Any individual who enrolls in any type of self-exclusion program (land-based, online, VGTs, or any other type of program) in any jurisdiction in which PENN Entertainment, Inc. operates a gaming facility, is banned from all PENN Entertainment, Inc., gaming facilities nationwide.
