1. Description of Promotion

$1 Million Dollar Giveaway (the “Promotion”) offers all players the chance to earn promotional entries towards weekly gift card giveaways as well as a share of a $1 Million Dollar Eligible Cashback reward. Players will earn one (1) promotional entry for every $50 of cash wagered on Barstool Sportsbook and if present in a state where Barstool Casino is live, one (1) promotional entry for every $100 of cash wagered on Barstool Casino, during the Promotion Period.

 

How It Works (short terms)

• Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is required prior to placing Eligible Wagers.
• Eligibility: Available to all registered players with an active and verified Player Account (see Section 3).
• Eligible Games: Any event/sport/league available on the Barstool Sportsbook app during the Promotion Period. Players located in PA, NJ, MI, or WV may also wager any casino game available on the Barstool Casino app during the Promotion Period.
• Eligible Wagers: All cash wagers on the Eligible Games. 
  • For every $50 wagered in aggregate on the Barstool Sportsbook, earn one (1) promotional entry.
  • For every $100 wagered in aggregate on the Barstool Casino (where available), earn one (1) promotional entry.
  • All Eligible Wagers must settle as a WIN or LOSS during the Promotion Period in order to earn promotional entries (i.e, no voided bets, cashed out bets, open bets).
• Promotion Period: Players must place Eligible Wagers after opt-in and between 12:00:00 AM ET on June 19, 2023 and 9:29:59 PM ET on July 9, 2023.
  • During the Promotion Period, there will be two (2) random drawings for gift card rewards (the “Gift Card Giveaways”). Earning promotional entries within the following windows will enter players into the corresponding random drawing (the “Gift Card Giveaway Entry Periods”).
    • Gift Card Giveaway Entry Period #1 - promotional entries earned between June 19, 2023 and June 25, 2023 will qualify for a random drawing taking place on June 26, 2023.
    • Gift Card Giveaway Entry Period #2 - promotional entries earned between June 26, 2023 and July 2, 2023 will qualify for a random drawing taking place on July 3, 2023.
  • Promotional entries earned will only qualify for one (1) Gift Card Giveaway Entry Period. Example: If you earned one (1) promotional entry during Gift Card Giveaway Entry Period #1, that will only qualify for the random drawing taking place on June 26, 2023. You would then need to earn another promotional entry during Gift Card Giveaway Entry Period #2 to qualify for the random drawing taking place on July 3, 2023.
  • You may earn promotional entries for both Gift Card Giveaway Entry Periods. 
• Promotion Offer: Earning promotional entries will qualify you for the Gift Card Giveaway(s) described above, AND an equal share of the $1 Million Dollar Eligible Cashback reward.
  • Gift Card Giveaway Details:
    • For each Gift Card Giveaway, 400 Players who earned at least one (1) promotional entry during the associated Gift Card Giveaway Entry Period will be randomly selected out of the qualified players. These randomly selected players will receive a $50 gift card code to either Amazon or Uber via the email associated with their Player Account.
    • Players are limited to one (1) gift card reward per Gift Card Giveaway. In the event a player is randomly selected multiple times, there will be subsequent redraws until there are 400 unique winners. 
    • In the event 400 unique winners may not be achieved, Sponsor reserves the right to withhold the unawarded gift cards. 
  • $1 Million Dollar Eligible Cashback Details:
    • All players who opted-in and earned at least one (1) promotional entry throughout the entire Promotion Period will evenly split the $1 Million Dollar Eligible Cashback reward. A maximum of $100 in Eligible Cashback may be awarded per player.

      • Earning more promotional entries during the Promotion Period does not give any player a better chance at earning a share of the $1 Million Dollar Eligible Cashback reward. 
• Ineligible Wagers: Any wager that does not meet the Eligible Wager requirements or falls under any of the following below:
  • Bets settled as “Void”, “Cash Out” or “Open” bets.
  • Bets funded with bonus cash.
  • Bets placed prior to opt-in.

 

Additional Terms

• Winners of the Gift Card Giveaways will be contacted by email via the email associated with their Player Account. This email will notify the winner of their selection as well as provide further instructions on how to use the gift card code and where it is eligible for use (Amazon or Uber).
• Players must be subscribed to receive email from Barstool Sportsbook & Casino in order to receive the email notifying them of their win and to receive the unique gift card code.
• Must have a real cash balance greater than or equal to the Eligible Wager requirements for the Eligible Wager to be successfully placed.
• Any real cash fund balance below the Eligible Wager requirements could result in sportsbook bonus cash balance being wagered, which will result in an ineligible wager being placed.
• Must be physically present in AZ, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, TN, VA, or WV in order to wager.
• Players located in LA and TN: No purchase necessary. Players may be eligible for the Promotion Offer by mailing their selections for an Eligible Wager to Penn Sports Interactive, LLC at 1818 Market Street, Suite 1300, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
  • Placing an actual Eligible Wager on the Barstool Sportsbook is not necessary. 
  • Mail in selections must still reflect the lines offered on BarstoolSportsbook.com at the time and meet the odds requirements. 
  • Mail-in selections must reference this promotion, contain a player’s full name associated with their Player Account, a player’s Barstool Sportsbook username, and their pick (team, spread/total, odds) for an Eligible Wager, and the date the mail is sent. 
  • Unlimited selections per player. Players will be allowed to submit up to five (5) picks/bets per mail-in selection.

Promotion participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by the Sponsor.

 

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET on June 19, 2023 and end at 9:29:59 PM ET on July 9, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

 

3. Player Eligibility

The Promotion is available to all players with an active and verified Barstool Sportsbook/Barstool Sportsbook & Casino account (“Player Account”). Players must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and be physically present in the state of Arizona, the state of Colorado, the state of Iowa, the state of Illinois, the state of Indiana, the state of Kansas, the state of Louisiana, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the state of Maryland, the state of Michigan, the state of New Jersey, the state of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the state of Tennessee, the Commonwealth of Virginia, or the state of West Virginia during the Promotion Period.

 

Individuals on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list and/or self-exclusion list of any subsidiary of PENN Entertainment, Inc. are not eligible to receive the promotional offer. 4. Eligible Games

Any event/sport/league available on the Barstool Sportsbook app during the Promotion Period. Players located in PA, NJ, MI, or WV may also wager any casino game available on the Barstool Casino app during the Promotion Period.

 

5. Action Required

Players must opt-in then place Sportsbook and/or Casino wagers throughout the Promotion Period to be able to earn promotional entries into the gift card giveaways and the $1 Million Dollar Eligible Cashback payout.

 

6. How to Redeem Promotion Offer

Giftcard Giveaway Winners will be contacted by the Sponsor via the email associated with their Player Account with further instructions on how to claim and use the gift card code as well as where it is eligible for (Amazon or Uber). The Eligible Cashback will be credited within 30 days following the end of the Promotion Period (July 9, 2023 @ 9:29:59 PM ET).

 

The Sponsor (defined below) is not responsible for any undeliverable or unread email to a player’s email inbox associated with their Player Account due to reasons that include, but are not limited to, player unsubscribes, locked or banned Player Accounts, bounces/spam traps/filters implemented by the player’s email service provider/email settings, incorrect/outdated/misspelled email addresses provided by the player upon registration, etc.

 

Players located in OH: Promotional Prizes valued at $600 or more will require a 1099 and will be vetted through the state’s data match program as required in R.C. 3775.16 for funds owed to either the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) or the Ohio Attorney General’s Office (AGO). If the program search returns a positive result, then the prize will be defaulted to the cash value and the outstanding amount(s) will be automatically deducted. State and local taxes will be based on the full prize amount and automatically deducted. Cash Prize option will be only available to intercepted individuals unless otherwise stated in the above rules.

 

7. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for a Player Account. Creating a Player Account at the Barstool Sportsbook/Barstool Sportsbook & Casino website is free. By submitting your information and creating a Player Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.  If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, you cannot create a Player Account or participate in this Promotion. See the Barstool Sportsbook/Barstool Sportsbook & Casino website Terms and Conditions for information on eligibility for creating and using a Player Account. No additional registration procedures are required to qualify for the Promotion.

 

8. Promotional Participation Limitations

In addition to the Player Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith.  This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. 

 

9. Wagering Requirements and Exclusions

Any wager not meeting Eligible Wager requirements (see Section 1), or wagers placed after the expiration of the Promotion Period will not be deemed Eligible Wagers. 

 

Players located in IL: Wagers on games involving Illinois-based collegiate teams not permitted.

Players located in MA: Wagers on games involving Massachusetts-based collegiate teams outside of a tournament not permitted.

Players located in NJ: Wagers on games involving New Jersey-based collegiate teams, or collegiate events taking place in the state of NJ not permitted.

Players located in VA: Wagers on games involving Virginia-based collegiate teams not permitted.

 

 

10. Wagering Requirements

Only REAL CASH wagers can be applied to the Eligible Wager(s). You must have a real cash balance greater than or equal to the Eligible Wager requirements for the Eligible Wager to be successfully placed. Any real cash fund balance below the Eligible Wager requirements threshold could result in sportsbook bonus cash balance being wagered, which will result in an ineligible wager being placed.

 

11. Restrictions on Eligible Cashback

The Eligible Cashback will unlock into cash at a rate of 100% of the wagered amount (cashback is rounded up or down to the nearest cent) on Sportsbook cash bets at greater than -200 odds (e.g. -110 odds or +200 odds would qualify) (“Sportsbook Cashback Rate”) and at a rate of 100% of the wagered amount (cashback is rounded up or down to the nearest cent) on Casino cash bets on any available Casino games in Barstool Casino (“Casino Cashback Rate”). Participants will have thirty (30) days from the date they receive the Eligible Cashback to unlock the Eligible Cashback balance into cash (“Cashback Period”). Participants who cash out of any wager that was used to unlock the Eligible Cashback will have the corresponding amount of unlocked Eligible Cashback revert back from cash to the Eligible Cashback balance. That amount may be unlocked again by placing a cash bet if the Eligible Cashback is still available during the Cashback Period. Eligible Cashback is "available" if its redemption period has not expired, the amount has not been fully claimed, has not been opted out of, or has not otherwise been revoked in accordance with the Promotion Terms. Any Eligible Cashback balance that remains locked at the end of the Cashback Period will be forfeited.

 

12. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@barstoolsportsbook.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Sportsbook Play Through Requirements. However, any sportsbook bonus cash amount in your account shall remain subject to the Sportsbook Play Through Requirements (see Section 10) before it may be withdrawn.

14. Other Terms and Conditions

1. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Standard Promotional Terms listed in the Barstool Sportsbook site Terms and Conditions, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail. 
2. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
3. You may only have one (1) active Player Account at any one (1) time.
4. By accepting any bonus cash, award, or offer associated with the Promotion, registered players agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
5. Offer subject to regulatory approval.  Void where prohibited by law.
6. Player Account holders are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes.
7. Sponsor is not responsible, and shall have no liability, for any errors or omissions in any advertising for the Promotion. Nor shall the Sponsor be liable for computer, device, or program malfunctions. If an Eligible Wager is posted as a result of a malfunction, or in “obvious error” (defined in the Barstool Sportsbook/Barstool Sportsbook & Casino website Terms and Conditions), the Sponsor reserves the right, at our own discretion, to cancel or reject the Eligible Wager. In the event of cancellation, your account will promptly be refunded the wagering amount. The Sponsor is not liable for any erroneous issuance of bonus awards. 
8. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude certain registered players from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Barstool Sportsbook/Barstool Sportsbook & Casino promotion in good faith.
9. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
10. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Player Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Promotion Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
11. Any Player Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on Barstool Sportsbook/Barstool Sportsbook & Casino immediately forfeits any bonus cash, award, or offer associated with the Promotion.
12. Sponsor reserves the right in our sole discretion to terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion at any time.
