Triple Action T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

Earn Eligible Cashback and Bonus Bets (defined below). Make a deposit of $20+, or place ten (10) wagers on Eligible Games. Cashback rate will be 100% on Casino. 

 

The “Triple Action” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of Barstool Sportsbook & Casino, which can be viewed at Barstool Sportsbook Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

• Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required.
• Eligibility: Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.
• Eligible Deposit: Deposit of $20+ on at least one (1) day during the Promotion Period.
• Eligible Games: The Eligible Games for each day of the Promotion Period are as follows:

• Eligible Wager: Ten (10) cash wagers of $5+ on Game 1, and ten (10) Cash wagers of $1+ on Game 2.
• Promotion Offer: Players who make an Eligible Deposit, and/or place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will receive a $5 Bonus Bet, and/or $10 Eligible Cashback, each day of the Promotion Period, as described below:

    • Game 1: Place ten (10) bets (min bet $5) on Blackjack Classic Side Bets get a $5 Bonus Bet
    • Game 2: Place ten (10) bets (min bet $1) on Legendary Larry get $10 Eligible Cashback
  • WV:
    • Deposit (min $20) get $10 Eligible Cashback
    • Game 1: Place ten (10) bets (min bet $5) on Barstool Roulette get a $5 Bonus bet
    • Game 2: Place ten (10) bets (min bet $1) on Legendary Larry  get $10 Eligible Cashback

 

• Bonus Bets are bonus funds which may only be used on the Barstool Sportsbook. Wagering with Bonus Bets makes no deductions from your cash balance. Wagers with Bonus Bets that settle as a WIN will only return the winnings to the player in withdrawable cash. For more information on Bonus Bets please see Sections 9 and 11 or visit our FAQ page.
• Eligible Cashback is a non-wagerable bonus balance which converts to withdrawable cash at a rate specified herein through eligible cash wagers. For more information on Eligible Cashback please see Sections 9 and 11 of the promotion’s full terms and conditions or visit our FAQ page.

• Promotion Period: The Promotion will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET on September 1, 2023 and end on September 3, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
  • Each “day” of the Promotion Period is defined as 12:00:00 AM EST to 11:59:59 PM EST.

 

Additional Terms

• Bonus Bet  is added automatically to a player’s account upon completing the promotional requirements.
• Bonus bet must be used within seven (7) days after receiving it.
• Eligible Cashback is added automatically to a player’s account upon completing the playthrough requirement.
• Eligible Cashback must be used within three (3) days after receiving it.

2. Promotion Period

• The Promotion will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET on September 1, 2023 and end on September 3, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

 

3. Eligibility

• Available to players who received exclusive email communications via the email associated with their Account. Invitation is based on previous activity.
• Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details.

 

4. Action Required

Players must place an Eligible Wager on the Eligible Games (see Section 10) to receive the Promotion Offer. 

 

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

The Promotion Offer will be credited to your Account in the form of Eligible Cashback and/or Bonus Bets. No further action is necessary. For more information on bonuses please visit our FAQ page.

 

6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on the Barstool Sportsbook & Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on the Barstool Sportsbook & Casino website is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.  If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith.  This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor  to receive any reward.

 

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Eligible Cashback awarded may be converted by wagering real cash on Casino and is subject to a cashback rate of 100%. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

 

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

• Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
• Bonus Bets may be wagered on eligible Barstool Sportsbook markets and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.
• Eligible Cashback cannot be wagered and converts to real cash by placing eligible cash wagers.
• Eligible Cashback converted to real on Sportsbook is restricted to wagers with odds greater than -200 (Example -110, +100, +200)

 

10. Eligible Games

The Eligible Games for the Promotion Period are as follows:

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.  

 

Bonus Bet funds are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bonus Bet Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash:

• Bonus Bet funds can be redeemed on any Sportsbook market, including straights, parlays, and futures.
• Bonus Bets may only be redeemed one at a time.
• Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon bet settlement. 
• Bonus Bets cannot be used on any Casino games.

 

Eligible Cashback balances may be converted to withdrawable real cash in line with all the following requirements (“Eligible Cashback Requirements”): 

• Eligible Cashback awarded may be converted by wagering on Casino and is subject to a cashback rate of 100%.
• Example: a $10 Eligible Cashback balance with a 100% cashback rate would require the patron to wager a total of $10 cash in order to unlock the full $10 cashback (100% of $10 in total cash wagered). Cashback will unlock progressively, meaning that for every qualifying wager that a patron places, a portion of the Eligible Cashback balance will unlock as cash in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Eligible Cashback. 

 

12. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@barstoolsportsbook.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

14. Other Terms

• In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail. 
• All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
• You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
• By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
• Offer subject to regulatory approval.  Void where prohibited by law.
• Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
• Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
• Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on Barstool Sportsbook & Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
