PENN Cash - PENN Play Credits Conversion T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

All players are eligible to convert their earned PENN Cash balance into PENN Play Credits to use on Barstool Sportsbook.  The conversion ratio is 1:1 with every $1 PENN Cash converted being equal to $1 in PENN Play Credits. PENN Play Credits can be used on Sportsbook wagers and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. 

 

The “PENN Cash - PENN Play Credits Conversion” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of Barstool Sportsbook & Casino, which can be viewed at Barstool Sportsbook Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

• Opt-in Requirement: No opt-in is required.
• Eligibility: Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.
• Promotion Offer: Players may convert their eligible PENN Cash balance into PENN Play Credits to be wagered on the online Barstool Sportsbook. Wagering with PENN Play Credits on the online Barstool Sportsbook makes no deductions from your cash balance. Wagers with PENN Play Credits that settle as a WIN will return the stake amount and winnings to the player in withdrawable cash. Additional Terms

• Players must visit the rewards page to redeem their PENN Cash for PENN Play Credits.
• PENN Play members may elect to convert their PENN Cash to PENN Play Credits on the Barstool Sportsbook & Casino App. Upon conversion of PENN Cash, PENN Play Credits available from converted PENN Cash will expire after sixty (60) days if not wagered through in their entirety. 
• Conversions are final; PENN Play Credits may not be converted back to PENN Cash.
• PENN Cash redemptions to PENN Play Credits are subject to $5,000 daily and $25,000 monthly redemption limits.

• To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@barstoolsportsbook.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

2. Promotion Period

Players may convert their eligible PENN Cash into PENN Play Credits after 12:00:00 AM ET on October 25, 2023 through 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2023. 

 

3. Eligibility

• Available to all players with an active and verified Account with a minimum PENN Cash balance of $1. 
• PENN Cash conversion to PENN Play Credits is restricted to $5,000 daily and $25,000 monthly limits.

4. Action Required

Players must visit their Account page in order to convert their PENN Cash into PENN Play Credits. PENN Play Credits available from converted PENN Cash will expire sixty (60) days after conversion if not wagered through in their entirety. Conversions are final; PENN Play Credits may not be converted back to PENN Cash.

 

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

Upon successful conversion of PENN Cash into PENN Play Credits, players must select PENN Play Credits from their Bet Slip to utilize their PENN Play Credits within the online Barstool Sportsbook. For more information on bonuses please visit our FAQ page.

 

Once completed, PENN Cash conversions are final. PENN Play Credits may not be converted back to PENN Cash. If not wagered through in their entirety, PENN Play Credits will expire after sixty (60) days from conversion. 

 

6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on the Barstool Sportsbook & Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on the Barstool Sportsbook & Casino website is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.  If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith.  This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor  to receive any reward. 8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

 

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

• Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
• When wagering PENN Play Credits on eligible Barstool Sportsbook markets, they must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.

10. Eligible Games

Promotion Offer may be wagered on any event/sport/league available on Barstool Sportsbook. 

 

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. Any portion of unused PENN Play Credits will expire sixty (60) days after conversion if not wagered through in their entirety. 

 

PENN Play Credits are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“PENN Play Credits Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash:

• PENN Play Credits awarded may be used on Sportsbook and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement.
• PENN Play Credits are restricted to wagers with odds greater than -200 (Example -110, +100, +200).
• Stake amount and winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon Sportsbook bet settlement that result in a WIN.

 

12. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@barstoolsportsbook.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

14. Other Terms

• In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail. 
• All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
• You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
• By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
• Offer subject to regulatory approval.  Void where prohibited by law.
• Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
• Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
• Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on Barstool Sportsbook & Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
