Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) has established a Responsible Gaming Database which contains a list of individuals who are prohibited from establishing an internet sports betting and/or internet gaming account. You can request to voluntary place yourself in this Database by contacting the MGCB here.

Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) has established an Internet Self Restriction Program (ISRP). This program enables individuals to request to be barred from participating in licensed mobile sports wagering in Indiana. Enrollment in the ISRP will allow interactive gaming and sports betting operators to prevent you from accessing gambling services.
