In order to ensure the security of your account, we have implemented multi-factor authentication. Each time your identity needs to be verified, you will be sent a code and asked to enter the code we have sent to either your phone number or email on file.  If you wish to change how you are contacted, contact our support team Here.

For your peace of mind, we will also allow you to turn on multi-factor authentication at each login.  You also have the ability to turn this feature off. To do so:

1. Account page
2. Click on Preferences
3. Enable/disable Secure Login under the Security section.
