If you send the cryptocurrency to the incorrect wallet address, we will be unable to return the cryptocurrency back to your account.

When locking in a Cryptocurrency Deposit, the transaction fee listed is an estimate based on the current network usage at that time for transactions sent at the fastest network speed. Since this fee is a live market rate that adjusts in real-time, the transaction fee paid in from your personal Crypto Wallet may be slightly different than the transaction fee listed in your transaction history. 

 

What should I do if my cryptocurrency deposit expires? 

We are able to provide a 15 minute grace period for cryptocurrency deposit exchange rates. Once the 15 minutes have elapsed and the cryptocurrency has not been received, your transaction will expire. If your transaction expires, do not send the cryptocurrency. Please start another transaction to acquire a new cryptocurrency exchange rate and proceed with the new transaction.

If you sent less cryptocurrency than you initially locked in on the deposit page, we will credit your account for the amount of cryptocurrency that we received. To avoid this from happening, please enter the exact amount of cryptocurrency into your personal crypto wallet.
