If your initial attempt to register was not successful, it is likely that we will request you to upload some documents to confirm your identity. It is possible that our system did not verify your identity due to a typo in your personal information or your address you registered with not matching what is on your ID. 

In this event, we will request a selfie with ID to ensure that no one underage or excluded from gambling is using your information to access the sportsbook. You will be prompted to upload this to our secure verification site, where your information is safely stored and not used for any reason other than to verify your identity. 

There are also rare instances that we may be required to verify additional information, such as your SSN, birth certificate, or address. This happens when our system fails to automatically verify your identity, and usually effects younger players who have recently turned 21. In the event our system fails to identify you, we will request this information as a last resort in order to manually verify your account.
