When placing a wager on live odds, it will require the odds to be approved over a brief period before the bet is accepted.  Should the odds change at all, it may come up as bet not accepted.  Make sure your bet was not placed and your balance did not change when completing this process.  If the wager duplicates itself, feel free to reach out to our support team for more information.
